I'm usually a Marriott stayer myself (yes, those beds ARE heavenly) but yikes those prices are high!! We're going to Boston this weekend and I'm starting to freak out a little since no hotel reservations yet. Oh well. By the way, I'm long winded and proud as well. Ain't nothin' wrong with that! I wish we could have known sooner! The Colonnade Boston Hotel is a great spot for being in the center of it all. Located in the Back Bay, we are a doorstep away from the Prudential T stop, on the Green line. Although you already have hotel reservations, definitly keep us in mind for future visits. If you are around the Copley Square area you should check out our restaurant, Brasserie Jo Boston. It's too bad my parents live in Boston ... otherwise, I'd take you up on your suggestions for lodging when in town! :-)
