Thanks for using our RESCUE! traps. I work for the company that makes them. The traps will catch foraging yellowjackets, as you have found, but if you have a nest on your property you may want to call a pest control operator to safely remove it. A tip for next year: put the yellowjacket trap out early in the spring to catch the queens before they build nests. Again, thanks for putting your trust in our product! -- Stephanie

I could teach you a thing or two about getting a fruit fly situation under control. I've devised my own traps... with the help of Google. They really do work. Good luck with your yellow jackets. Give 'em hell!

I hate yellow jackets. As a kid, our family dog upset a yellow jacket nest. They came swarming and stung my dog, my parents and me (somehow my brother got away unscathed). It was awful, so I feel your pain. Good luck!
